What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, country, intended use, environment, stated backing intent, optional written product requests or feedback, and whether you selected free or VIP-intent access. We may also collect basic attribution and usage information such as referral source, campaign parameters, browser type, and page activity.

VIP commitment intent

A Founding VIP request records your intent to complete a separate $50 commitment after reviewing final product and program terms. If invited, you may receive a secure payment link by email. VIP status begins only after that payment is completed. Requesting access does not create a reservation, Kickstarter pledge, or guarantee of a reward.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate product demand and Founding VIP fit, prioritize workflows and launch regions, contact you about material development updates, and send access information if a Kickstarter campaign opens. We may use aggregated, non-identifying results to guide product planning.

Service providers and sale of data

We may use infrastructure, analytics, and email providers to operate the preview and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. You can also request access to or deletion of your submitted information by replying to an email from us. Analytics controls provided by your browser may limit optional measurement.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain early-access data only while it is useful for product validation, launch communication, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product and launch process develop. The current version and its effective date will remain available here.
